Polypal 107 is the water-based industrial-technology series constituted by water-soluble bases with high pigment concentration and hydro converters. By way of a colorimetric system it is possible to reproduce over 26,000 pastel colour codes and several metalised colours for light industrial and commercial vehicles and agricultural machines according to the RAL, NCS, PANTHONE , Bristish Standard, and Afnor colour palettes and any other colour palette in use in industrial painting.

Polypal 107: The eco-friendly industrial system.
By embodying the technological evolution of the standard solvent-base industrial series products, if finds its application in a growing number of applications. The multi-functional nature of the system, in fact allowed it touse it in a variety of sectors to paint different metals, alloys and plastics. Thus it finds it application from artisan shops to manufacturing to industrial body shops (commercial vehicles, buses and trains) all the way to the mechanical sector (agricultural machines, earthmoving machines, and industrial plants and machines).
- Polypal 107 features hydro soluble 1K and 2K acrylic fillers and enamels with high covering yield (including DTM direct adhesion enamels), as well as polyacrylic, epoxy-based and alkyd fillers and enamels.
- All products with very low VOC emission of particular interest to a growing number of industrial applications where environmental protection is of particular concern. In addition, Polypal 107 is free from chrome and lead.
- The innovative raw materials used allowed not only to reduce emission but also to improve performance focusing on maximum yield and productivity.
- Easy to use (just like standard solvent-based systems).
- Currently, the system has a limited number of bases and converters, which leads to a smaller investment and to reduced storage space needs. However, since it is a modular system, it is under constant development: based on market requests, new converters may be developed to expand the 107 series.
Polypal 107 tools for searching and managing colors is supported by reliable and constantly updated and it is integrated in a high performance and comprehensive range of complementary products.
By combining the Polypal bases to one of the 9 converters available (according to the Palcolorfinder recipe book) it is possible to obtain the following quality enamels, primers and fillers.
